Rupert Bean Sprouts New Media Division at Kallaway

Rupert Bean joins Kallaway as Media Director to start a new media planning and buying division. His appointment enables Kallaway to provide its clients with integrated campaigns across earned and paid media, delivered via one team with one unified strategy.       
Rupert brings over 25 years of experience in media buying and planning for attractions, property and hospitality clients - as well as passion for theatre and quizzing.  
Rupert’s past client’s include delivering award winning campaigns for cultural destinations such as The Royal Museum’s Greenwich, The Barbican Centre and Design Museum; property brands such as Savills, Hyde New Homes and Peabody through to high-street names like Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Marriott Hotels. 
Prior to lockdown he masterminded two blockbuster campaigns: Moving to Mars for The Design Museum; and The Moon, for Royal Museums Greenwich, which helped RMG exceed ticket sales by 25%. 
Rupert has also launched many of the UK’s best know theatre and musical productions including Billy Elliot The Musical, Jersey Boys, Dirty Dancing and Shrek.  His passion for theatre started at St Andrew’s University when Rupert started writing and producing panto. This continued when he moved to London, created his own production company and put on 12 pantomimes which raised over £300,000 for good causes. 
He’s also a familiar faces to TV production companies, regularly appearing in popular prime time quizzes such as Who Dares Wins, Big Break, Chain Letters and Blind Date (he wasn’t picked). During lockdown he’s put on charity quizzes for everyone from his family to Fortune 500 companies.
